Traditional Sauce recommendations :

Traditional Sauce is our all-purpose sauce. 

Great for dressing vermicelli bowls, mango salad and for spring rolls. 

Optional: Garnish with chopped peanuts for further texture, and to enhance the flavour.

Peanut Sauce has a rich and unique flavour to enhance your dish. Great for dressing salads, vermicelli bowls and as a side dipping sauce for fresh roll.

Marinade Sauce recommendations :

Marinade up to 7lbs of protein (meat) with 500ml of marinade sauce. Suggestions are to use proteins such as chicken, pork or beef. Your choice!

For marinating meat and poultry, we recommend 4-6 hours total, for best flavour and covered in the fridge.

Un pot de 500 ml peut mariner jusqu'à 7 lb de viande. Les suggestions de viande sont le poulet, le porc et le bœuf. Votre choix!

4-6 heures, dans le refrigerateur.

Pad Thai Sauce recommendations :

A 500ml jar will make 5-6 servings for your Pad Thai dish. 
Directions: Add oil to your heated wok. Add to wok a protein of your choice (tofu, shrimp or chicken), whisk 1-2 eggs and combine to wok. Add vegetables of your choice. Add prepared, softened rice noodles to your wok. Lastly add 100ml of your Pad Thai sauce. Toss together and stir fry for another minute and it's ready to serve. 

Garnish with chopped peanuts, fresh lime juice and bean sprouts to serve.

Pour une sauce Pad Thaï :
Un pot de 500 ml permet de préparer 5 à 6 portions de Pad Thai.

Mode d'emploi : Ajoutez de l'huile dans votre wok, ajoutez vos protéines, votre œuf. Après que tout soit cuit, ajoutez vos nouilles de riz et vos légumes avec 100 ml de votre sauce Pad Thai. Laissez cuire encore une minute et c'est prêt à servir. Ajouter les cacahuètes hachées et le citron vert au moment de servir.
